Yamaha Class / Lesson Change Request Form
To help ensure a consistent and high quality group education environment, a year-long commitment to a lesson time is strongly encouraged.
If a change of lesson time is required after the fourth scheduled lesson of the semester, a $50.00 administration fee is applied to your account. Lesson change requests made for the semester change from fall to spring are accommodated on a case-by-case basis as space allows at no charge.
There is no charge for changing lesson time during the annual open enrollment in June (re enrolling for fall classes).
